With Retain, the Student-Athlete Academic Services unit at UW will be able to increase efficiency and accountability around academic support to improve outcomes for their 22 sports. Academic staff will have complete visibility into student-athlete schedules, professor feedback, course assignments, and communication history. Tutorial staff will also be able to utilize Retain Mobile on iOS or Android devices to manage upcoming appointments and submit session feedback and attendance in a timely manner.
